Our program trains you to become a facilitator and moderator of DEI conversations. Using techniques rooted in behavioral science and decades of experience, we can teach you how to lead discussions that are constructive and positive, focused on bringing about meaningful change.
This is an intensive course the delves into common DEIB issues that arise in organizations, the root causes of these issues, and practical steps you can take to respond in real-time.
All participants receive a 70-page workbook and copies of both Race Talk by Derald Wing Sue and Speaking of Race by Celeste Headlee.
